Invertebrates

A sexton beetle Nicrophorus cf. interruptus was photographed in Preston, otherwise nothing to add of interest other than an Oak Bush-cricket at Oddicombe Beach from yesterday, and a hawker/emperor dragonfly seen in flight in the St Marychurch area


Vertebrates

Herring Gull population in St Marychurch/Plainmoor area is doing well with lots of almost fledged chicks and fully grown juveniles.
Other birds observed Carrion Crow, Magpie, Feral Pigeon & Woodpigeon
